Week 9 - Lighting

for week 9 it was time to focus on lighting up my scene ready for next weeks buety shots to show off my work and final scene.
this is the defualt lighting in unreal engine with just the directional light putting diagonally towards the front of the building. This is an alright start however it is very dark in many places making it hard to see some of the details so i plan to add some lighting around the doors and possibly some ambient lighting for ontop of the wand.
In this screenshot ived added three new points of lighting the first two are a very slightly yellow point light to brighten up the door/window areas of the building. the third light is a blue point light to make the emissive material on the end of the wand stick out more, giving it the more magic feel that the building should have.
additionally i added planes in the window and made a glowing material to create an illusion that there lights inside the building are turned on
