Week 8 - Materials

In week 8 I planned to import all my materials made in substance painter, designer, and sampler into Unreal Engine making sure everything looked right and adjusting anything that needed fixing.
before importing my materials it was important to me to keep all of them organized so if I need to go back in the future to change anything it will make it easier to do so
most of the materials were simple to setup just make a material in unreal engine importing the maps into the material and plugging in the nodes to the needed inputs. however some materials like the tilable textures and trim sheet needed more work.
This screenshot is for the tilable Brick texture it is more complex than most in the scene as i needed to attach a coorindates node to all maps. This allowed me to adjust the scale of the maps effectivley making the materials the correct size.
