For week 3 I focused on two goals: to make my block-out modular and add more detail to the modular set piece.

When creating this modular set I kept in mind how I could this easier for a designer to use these assets to make interactions of the building in the Game engine without importing more assets. With this in mind, I separated each floor so that the building could easily be made taller or shorter. This also applies to the smaller assets like the stairs, pillars, door, and sign If they are not needed for a scene as it's modular it can easily be removed or added back into the scene.
Adding Detail

After making the modular set I started working on the finer details of my model turning the block out into a good-looking asset. The picture on the left shows the "low-poly" building and on the right is the "high poly". The main difference here is that the wand on the right has been sculpted over using ZBrush and i will plan to bake them details onto the low poly model in substance painter
